Elaine was my angel. She was the one who got us hooked up for the video doctor visit. My brother would have suffered more without her assistance. She was attentive by talking to him calmly and visiting with a snack to enjoy. She kept me from spinning out. In her calm and steady manner, she was a supreme help. She listened as I talked to her. She prompted me to think clearly when I was having a hard time keeping my mind from racing. Just knowing she was available by phone and close by was enormously helpful.
