Welcome to SoulTymes End-of-Life Support, operated by Elaine Miles (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website or engaging in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Nature of Services
SoulTymes provides non-medical, emotional, spiritual, and practical support for individuals and families facing the end of life. Services are educational and companion-based and do not replace medical care, legal advice, or psychotherapy.
I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Clients should continue to consult medical and professional providers for all clinical, legal, and financial matters.
2. Scheduling & Fees
All services are scheduled in advance.
- Monthly fee: Due upon signing the service agreement.
- Hourly support: Billed on an ongoing basis.
Payment, cancellation, and scheduling details are outlined in the client contract.
3. Confidentiality
All personal and family information shared in sessions is confidential, except when disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of harm to self or others).
4. Communication
Clients may contact SoulTymes by phone, email, or text. I make every effort to respond within 24–48 hours. Communication outside of scheduled sessions follows the terms of the service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
SoulTymes and Elaine Miles are not responsible for any decisions made by clients or their representatives. Information shared is for education and support purposes only.
